What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are Divine revelations given by God and received by man, and as such, are the only revelations that are inspired and infallible. Jesus's teachings to the church are supreme authority in all matters of faith and morals. The Word of God directly reveals the will of God for all men and for all time. The Bible were is inspired; meaning the Holy Spirit breathed upon men the very words He wanted them to say.  We believe that Jesus's teachings are supreme and should be the foundation of every Christian’s life and all other Scriptures should be built upon this foundation; His death, burial and resurrection.

Luke 6:46-49
46-And why call ye me, Lord. Lord. and do not the things which I say?
47- Whosoever cometh to me and heareth my sayings, and doeth them. I will shew you to whom he is like:
48- He is ike a man which built an hous, and digged deep, and laid the fondation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the streambeat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
49- But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man without a fondation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately if fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

John 8:31-32
31- Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32- And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

John 15:26
The Holy Ghost will point you to Jesus
26- But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

1 Timothy 6:3
3- If any man teac otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine whis is according to godliness;

John 15:7-12
Jesus wante us to continue is His Words
7- If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
8- Herein os my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
9- As my Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
10- If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
11- These things have I spoken to you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might full.
12- This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Matthew 28:18-20
18-And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19-Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20-Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

2 John 9
9-Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

Colossians 3:16
16-Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

John 13:34
34-A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
